Guest Rooms

A total of 54 rooms make up this exquisite hotel, 38 standard, 14 executive suites and 2 deluxe suites. Standard rooms have either two double beds or one king sized bed. Deluxe rooms have one king sized bed and a living and dining area. Executive suites are split level, upstairs and downstairs. Upstairs has a king sized bed and downstairs is a flexible area that can have either one or two double beds or a living area. All rooms fully air conditioned and include 65 channel cable television and private balconies with panoramic views. High speed internet access is also available in all rooms.

The Ambassador Hotel has 14 Conference Rooms of various sizes, with all the facilities required for a successful conference. Sound systems, overhead projectors, screens, flip-charts, cordless and lapel microphones are all available on request in addition to catering services supplied by the hotel.

The Marquis Restaurant offers international and local creole cuisine, prepared by our highly trained chefs. It is open for lunch from 12:00 noon to 2:00 pm, and dinner from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm. MAKING A BOOKING

The minimum five (5) night package is available from Friday 24th February, 2006 to Wednesday 1st March, 2006 and includes breakfast. (Full American or Caribbean Breakfast)
A twenty-five percent (25%) deposit will be required to obtain a reservation.
Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of FULL PAYMENT of the five (5) night package (including tax) ONLY UPON RECEIPT OF FULL PAYMENT WILL THE RESERVATION BE GUARANTEED.
All additional nights must be paid in full by 31st December, 2005
Full payment is required on or before 31st December, 2005
Pre payment can be made in the following ways :-

VISA, MASTERCARD OR AMERICAN EXPRESS Credit Cards.
MANAGER'S OR CERTIFIED CHEQUE
US dollar bank draft

All credit card bookings must be made with written and signed authorization by the cardholder and must be accompanied by photocopy of the credit card front and back.
The above rates only apply when booked directly with the hotel.

Guaranteed Reservations

Bookings will be confirmed only upon receipt of full payment of the five (5) night package (i.e.) Friday 24th February to Wednesday 1st March, 2006.
A twenty-five percent (25%) non-refundable deposit will be required to obtain a non-guaranteed reservation. Full payment is required on or before 31st December, 2005.
All payments made towards carnival bookings are non-refundable.

The Hotel reserves the right to cancel bookings which are not fully paid by 31st December, 2005
