 MAINTENANCE SERVICES:

• Computerized Facilities Maintenance Management Systems – DDL is a business partner of TMA Systems LLC of Tulsa Oklahoma. Together we the supply install and implement “TMA” computerized facilities maintenance management software. TMA software is a suite of comprehensive products that provide the basic features, options and advanced functionality necessary to meet the needs of any size organization. Whether you use  TMA’s desktop or the most powerful web-based solution available for facilities – WebTMA, you are assured that you are on the leading edge of facility and asset management. 

• Precision Maintenance Management – In keeping with the modern maintenance methodologies, we are involved in providing Vibration Monitoring, corrective work on rotating equipment, motor monitoring and Lube Oil Analysis.

REGULATORY SERVICES: 

Regulatory Services – We provide services consistent with Policy & Procedure Documentation and implementation in the following areas:

• HSE Services – We supply a cadre of well-trained and experienced Safety Officers for varying periods to satisfy the needs of our clients.

• HSE documentation and management – We visit clients’ sites and conduct Gap Analyses, develop HSE documentation, train and indoctrinate all staff members so that a culture of safety and environmental awareness will be institutionalized.

• Mobicare

“Mobicare” a proactive system, which addresses the prevention of trauma and improvement of injury care resulting from both day-to-day emergencies and disasters".

• Emergency Medical Response Services are provided to jobsites, and are available 24 hours a day by supplying the following.

• Fully equipped  ambulances

• Qualified, experienced Emergency Medical Technicians

• Fully outfitted Mobile Medical Stations which can be stationed at the jobsite

Our Emergency Response Services are supplied via the company MobiCare Limited. Since 2003 we have been contracted to provide emergency response services to include medical trailers, equipment, ambulances and medics. Client feedback has suggested that there is some confusion in the fact that DDL a company synonymous with maintenance provides a product so unrelated. It was therefore decided to incorporate a separate company with an appropriate brand name to provide this product – MobiCare Limited. 

• Utilization Evaluation of Maintenance Workforce & Operating Equipment  - These audits are done to assist companies in evaluating the current efficiency of their maintenance.

• Process Safety Management – We provide ISO 9001 / 14001 Audit and Implementation Services.

• Technical Training – We will assist companies to upgrade the skill levels of their staff in the area of Maintenance Management. We offer In-House Training, allowing companies to set their own schedules as well as facilitating at the University of Trinidad and Tobago (UTT) professional development programme. Our training programmes include:
